Chester 'Chet' Posson, age 75, passed away June 24, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born May 5, 1942 in Geneva, IL, the son of the late LeRoy and Ann Posson. Chet was a 1960 Graduate of Grayslake High School. As a longtime resident of Lake Villa, he was a member of Prince of Peace Church for nearly 60 years. He served in the Navy and worked as a union painter (Local 521) for M. Ecker & Co. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Dorene Posson, children Lisa (Chris) Hansen, Tom Posson, Russ (Kelli) Posson, Kellie Posson, Debra (Chris) Rostan; grandchildren Alex, Abby, Kayla, Ethan, Evan, Ryan, Amelia, Owen, Wyatt; and by his brother John Posson.
